5. Processing
The quality tea buds are put into the processing process. After that, Hacoocha tea artisans continue the 30-45 day incubation process to fully ferment the tea, then dry, store it, and make it into cakes for more than 6 months. The purpose of this process is to simulate the process of storing old tea in a short time. Thanks to that, we have a tea with a taste similar to that of royal tea that has been stored for decades.
Different from Hacoocha's tea cake, black tea Sun Arrow has an additional post-fermentation step.
