Drinking tea has been a cultural feature of the Vietnamese people since ancient times. Today, although drinking tea has started to become a basic activity, and the tea ceremony is gradually becoming a trend, the number of young people who are passionate about and learn about tea is still not really much.
Young people are still often attracted to new drinks, full of chemicals with many strange flavors that stimulate curiosity and instant pleasure such as beer, wine and carbonated drinks. Then, with a click of the lips, or every time you raise a glass, you can empty a glass. Too fast and in a hurry, just like the way their lives are run, without a moment's pause. Surely, there was a time when they wanted to stop for a while to feel life, to find their ego and pleasure again, but couldn't because they were forced to get used to the life cycle out there.
On the contrary, for young people who have a habit of drinking tea, they will often easily learn to balance their lives, have a better life, both mentally and physically.

The whole process is simple, but extremely elaborate, and also requires a bit of sensory sophistication of the beholder. Then the results bring not only the experience, the delicious taste, but also the health benefits of long-term use.

Workshop “Why don't you drink tea? – Hacoocha Tea” is derived from the desire to help Vietnamese youth learn the basics of tea in general, and ancient Vietnamese Snow Shan tea in particular. From there, get an overview of the nation's tea drinking culture, in order to continue to maintain the rich traditions of identity, to maintain the spiritual life of generations of Vietnamese people.
Workshop "Why don't you drink tea?" will consist of 3 parts:
Part 1: Origin of Snow Shan tea.
Part 2: Basic knowledge of tea and tea making.
Part 3: How to make bamboo tube tea / marinate jasmine flowers to make tea and enjoy, evaluate tea.
