Hugged Mountain is harvested in Spring and Autumn, the time when the tea buds are purest and most vigorous.
4. Processing
After being properly harvested, the best quality 1-shrimp, 1-leaf tea buds are brought to the processing facility. Here, HACOOCHA's artisans carry out the steps of air-drying, stir-frying, lightly crumpling for a few minutes, then fermenting on bamboo mats and drying naturally.
