Foggy Mountain's tea is 1 bud and 2 young leaves from a rare and unique tea line of Vietnam.
2. Plant varieties
Belonging to the ancient Shan Tuyet tea variety over three hundred years old, growing in the Tay Con Linh range on the mountain slopes with an altitude of over 2000m.
3. The harvest
Like most other ancient Shan Tuyet teas, Foggy Mountain's tea is harvested in Spring and Autumn every year.
4. Processing
On the high mountain top covered with fog all year round, HACOOCHA's artisans choose 1 bud and 2 young leaves, then wilt, lightly sauté, and dry in the sun. The tea product will be partially fermented to create a characteristic yellow-colored tea. In particular, the longer Hacoocha yellow tea is stored, the more delicious it is and its medicinal value increases.
