1. Ingredients

Ingredients of Sun Arrow are tea buds with 1 shrimp, 2-3 young leaves from ancient Shansnow tea trees.

The ancient Shansnow tea tree, dating back over 500 years (the young Shan Tuyet tree gives poor quality tea).

Sun Arrow tea is harvested at the time of Spring and Autumn of the year.

5. Processing

The quality tea buds are put into the processing process. After that, Hacoocha tea artisans continue the 30-45 day incubation process to fully ferment the tea, then dry, store it, and make it into cakes for more than 6 months. The purpose of this process is to simulate the process of storing old tea in a short time. Thanks to that, we have a tea with a taste similar to that of royal tea that has been stored for decades.

Different from Hacoocha's tea cake, black tea Sun Arrow has an additional post-fermentation step.
