Tea - A refreshing and cool drink for summer

Tea is a popular drink in Vietnam as well as in the world. There are many types of tea, but not everyone knows how to use tea properly with the four-season climate, especially when we are experiencing a hot and volatile summer this year.

According to the concept of Eastern medicine, the summer is very low, the weather is the most inflammatory, the season corresponding to the mind, the yang qi in the body is at its peak, but the function of the spleen and stomach is very vulnerable.
