How to make kombucha from healthy Hacoocha ancient tea

Step 1: Prepare 1 liter of clean water, boil. Then add about 5 grams of tea and 3 jaggery tablets. If jaggery is not available, it can be replaced with 100 grams of molasses.

Step 2: Steep the tea for about 30 minutes, then remove the tea grounds, wait for the tea mixture to cool, and then put it in a glass jar. Then add 1 baby scoby with bait water and cover with a towel and leave in a cool place for 5-7 days to be used.
