When young people… enjoy tea

Usually when it comes to drinking tea, most people will think of the image of seniors sitting around chatting around a kettle, which we often see, learn, and read in books. Rarely can anyone imagine that young people can also have such poetic "pleasures".

Tea culture

Drinking tea has been a cultural feature of the Vietnamese people since ancient times. Through so many ups and downs in history, so many cultural and political changes, tea has always had a firm foothold in the lives of Vietnamese people. Even, Vietnamese tea culture not only exists, but also develops and has its own beauty.

Referring to drinking tea, often we will think of a sophisticated drink, full of principles, but still difficult in the preparation stage. It may not be suitable for the hustle and bustle of today's life.

But the truth is, it's simpler than we think.

In Vietnam, tea can be considered as the most popular drink. Anyone can "enjoy tea". From the sidewalk, to the farmers before plowing, we can easily see the image of the teapot. Or the reception of guests, from family scale, to senior level, even at the level of heads of state, will often have the activity of "inviting tea".

“Enjoying tea as long as you feel comfortable is fine” – Shark Pham Thanh Hung.

No need to be formal, no matter the form, each person will have their own way of drinking tea. Some people will like to enjoy tea, when there are full tea tools; But there are also people who only need a cup of Khai, a cup of troops, which is enough to enjoy morning and afternoon.

When young people enjoy tea

Today, although drinking tea has started to become a basic activity, and the tea ceremony is gradually becoming a trend, the number of young people who are passionate about and learn about tea is still not really much.

Young people are still often attracted to new drinks, full of chemicals with many strange flavors that stimulate curiosity and instant pleasure such as beer, wine and carbonated drinks. Then, with a click of the lips, or every time you raise a glass, you can empty a glass. Too fast and in a hurry, just like the way their lives are run, without a moment's pause. Surely, there was a time when they wanted to stop for a while to feel life, to find their ego and pleasure again, but couldn't because they were forced to get used to the life cycle out there.

On the contrary, for young people who have a habit of drinking tea, they will often easily learn to balance their lives, have a better life, both mentally and physically.

“Young people drink tea, they are practicing habits, learning how to face the chaos of life".

Young people drink tea because they wish for peace of mind, harmony of yang - yin to achieve emotional balance.

Young people drink tea, they are learning, learning how to be with others, learning to care, learning how to behave, to feel life deeply and slowly.

Young people drink tea, they are immersing themselves in space, in time, rhythmically like the way they make a teapot to sip and enjoy.

Step by step, step by step, no rush, no fanfare. Gentle, relaxed, and strangely peaceful…”

Sip a little to enjoy the scent, to stimulate the taste buds at the tip of the tongue, then feel the deep sweet aftertaste that stays in the mouth for a long time. The whole process is simple, but extremely elaborate, and also requires a bit of sensory sophistication of the beholder. Then the results bring not only the experience, the delicious taste, but also the health benefits of long-term use.
